Our Immigration team works with the business establishment team to advise clients on regulatory compliance specific to immigration and related issues. The team assists with procuring operational and regulatory permits relevant to businesses with expatriate employees (and their families). To this end, the team assists with the procurement of visas and resident permits, expatriate quota positions, subject to regularisation (str) visas, temporary Work permits, combined expatriate residence permit and alien’s cards, renewals for expatriate quota positions and visa extensions.
